ICAP Terms and Conditions

ATTENTION: DATA AND INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ICAP IN ATTACHMENT FORM OR VIA ANY OTHER MEDIA SUCH AS BLOOMBERG, INTERNET PAGES AND ANY SUCH SIMILAR DATA AND INFORMATION PROVIDED IN PAST OR FUTURE ATTACHMENTS OR COMMUNICATIONS (THE "DATA") IS SUBJECT TO YOUR AGREEMENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS") SET FORTH BELOW. OPENING THE ATTACHMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE DATA IN ANY WAY PREVIOUSLY, NOW OR IN THE FUTURE SHALL BE DEEMED ACCEPTANCE BY YOU OF THE TERMS WITH RESPECT TO ALL SUCH DATA. IF YOU ARE UNWILLING TO ACCEPT THE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE DATA IN ANY WAY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY CLAIM THAT MAY HAVE RISEN FROM PRIOR USE.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The data, information and/or analysis (the "Information") is strictly confidential, belongs to, and is the intellectual property of, ICAP and/or its respective licensors. The Information is intended solely for the use of the person to whom it has been supplied by ICAP and solely for the recipients' internal purposes. Unauthorized disclosure, resale, copying or distribution of the Information is strictly prohibited and the recipient of the Information shall not redistribute or disclose any part of the Information in any form to any third party without ICAP's prior written consent.

The Information is not and never has been intended to be relied upon as authoritative or taken in substitution for the exercise of judgment.
